PhpGedView Update

I updated the core software for PhpGedView on 03/15/2011 to 4.1.7.

I plan on another update to the newset version of PhpGedView ‎(4.2.4)‎ in the near future, but there are bugs that I cannot fix yet. I installed the newest version, but had to back it out. The new version makes the site unreachable. It appears to be a configuration issue with the database.
